Consumer Law Partners Attorney

A well established mid-size law firm, is seeking an associate attorney with 2- 4 years of experience to join our federal Consumer Law litigation Team. Candidate MUST be licensed in the State of Illinois. Previous litigation experience required, preferably in the areas of bankruptcy, consumer and debt collection.

Candidate’s responsibilities will include federal court appearances, drafting various motions, file management from inception to finish, monitoring discovery and oversight so that all cases move smoothly through the litigation process. The Candidate will also appear for and conduct depositions in a fast paced and high volume practice.

The ideal candidate needs to possess a strong academic background, ambition and eagerness to learn. Candidates must also be organized, enthusiastic, detail-oriented and have excellent written and oral communication skills.

Consumer Law Partners Paralegal

CLP is seeking qualified candidates with experience in federal litigation work. Comprehensive working knowledge of filing, docketing and some legal writing experience is desired. Candidates must be capable of multi-tasking and extremely detail oriented This position entails handling a large amount of high priority legal work on a daily basis. Communication skills, both verbal and written and the drive and self-motivation to succeed in this role is essential.
